Characteristics of Ceramic Guideways:

1. Temperature stability: The thermal expansion coefficient ofindustrial ceramics is only about a quarter of that of aluminumalloy materials and half of that of metal materials.
2. Thermal compatibility: The thermal expansion coefficient ofceramic guide granite material worktable is similar, which is moreconducive to temperature compensation of machine accuracy.
3. Anti aging stability: Industrial ceramics have almost no internalstress release and can achieve a "quasi steel model".
4. Stiffness to mass ratio: Industrial ceramics have an extremelyhigh "stiffness to mass ratio", which is 5 times that of aluminumalloys and 6 times that of granite, enabling machines to have verygood dynamic responsiveness.
